BS5837 REPORTS & SURVEYS

We can provide tree surveys which are carried out in accordance to BS 5837:2012 Trees in relation to design, demolition and construction – Recommendations.
In addition to the survey we also provide:

• Tree constraint plan which shows the extent of the Root Protection Areas (RPAs), shading and the branch spread on any proposed layout.

• Tree protection plan is a scale drawing showing the finalized layout proposals, trees to be retained location and type of protective fencing to be used.

• Arboricultural impact assessment is a study of any impact either direct or indirect, a development may have on the existing trees and also identifies possible mitigating measures to prevent unnecessary damage from occuring during the development stage.
